About me

I am an evolutionary biologist that first trained to be a statistician.
I am currently a postdoc at University of Idaho in Luke Harmon’s lab.

My research focuses on developing new models and tools for plant evolution. Specifically, I am trying to understand how chromosome numbers and genome sizes have changed throughout the evolutionary history of flowering plants.

P1040611I enjoy developing mathematical models for multiple questions in Biology and find answers through consistent statistical inference.
